Not only did we listen, we acted by making some great changes to make eSnipe better for our users. Users now have the ability to delete old BidGroup folders and Standard Folders (the ones used for storage) as well a "Select All" option on the ALL tab making deleting a page of old bids easier. Don't forget about the Mobile Web page released in January. Check out the new features and let us know if you have any problems or comments.
A note from your Customer Support staff: Remember that once you delete bids or folders, they can not be "un-deleted". The new feature changes are great tools, but use them carefully.

Our call for eSnipe memorabilia from the early days has already been answered, with bittersweet results. Among the personal effects of a former employee of Rovation Industries who died in early January 2010 was a cannister of 35mm film containing the only known footage of a Rovatron Mark I model, the first Rovatron prototype. (Sorry, we couldn't afford digital video equipment back then.) This is a real find, because all the rest was confiscated by government agents in early 2001. Film restoration has been painstaking and difficult, but we've posted the few seconds we have on YouTube.

This year marks eSnipe's 10th anniversary under the current ownership. We are attempting to collect archival materials, keepsakes, and memorabilia going as far back as possible. If you're a former employee please contact us so we can share stories of good time (and bad).

As we pull into the holidays this difficult year we at eSnipe would like to thank you for your continued business. We are thankful to live in this great country, thankful especially for the armed forces who protect its Constitution, and thankful we can still afford the occasional splurge on eBay.
