documents into a filing cabinet. Just as too much paperwork can leave a
desk cluttered, disorganized bids can make you a less efficient bidder.

- Enter a brief name for your folder
(required).
You may also wish to enter a long name and description.
- Under the "What type of folder will this be" heading, select
the "Standard Folder" option.
- Click the Create New Folder button.
